ANSWERS to Doubts regarding COMPULSORY LICENSES!!!

Hi gals,

I've been studying the problem posed by the use of Compulsory Licenses and/or Parallel Importing in the context of access to medicines.

In the WTO website I found already the answer to the CL issues. It is clearly explained, as if we were children. I strongly encourage you to read it!

    Thank you for this - this is brilliant. I'm sorry I haven't been commenting or in touch, but I had two exams to deal with (as I'm sure all of you as well) and now I'm left with IP on Monday!
    I will be commenting soon. I've got loads of articles on access to medecines as I wrote my coursework on that. Interested?
    Also, the exam is open book. Any ideas what we should be taking in with us?
